This position is based in the Greater Sydney Area and supports Breakthru\u2019s national footprint.
Responsibilities- Working alongside Regional Managers, implement the IEA quality and performance framework and track progress against key milestones.
- Provide training, coaching, and guidance on quality and performance within the IEA contract.
- Develop, track, and report on KPIs and compliance requirements, providing actionable insights to support performance.
- Contribute to strategic planning and organisational development, helping shape initiatives that enhance service quality and client outcomes.
- Liaise with external partners, funders, and stakeholders on reporting, evaluation, and continuous quality improvement efforts.
You\u2019re a strategic thinker with a sharp eye for detail and a deep commitment to equity and inclusion. With experience in quality assurance, performance monitoring, or program evaluation—ideally within the social impact, disability, or employment sectors. You\u2019re confident working with data, compliance standards, and stakeholder relationships, and you bring a collaborative mindset to everything you do.

Essential Criteria- Proven experience in quality assurance, performance management, or program evaluation
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and project management skills
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences
- Commitment to inclusive employment and social equity
- Experience working in the disability, community, or not-for-profit sector (highly regarded)
- Tertiary qualifications in business, social sciences, or relevant experience
- Current Driver's License - Essential
