We're looking for an Asset Integration Lead to join our Operations, Strategy & Integration team in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne or Perth on a full-time permanent basis. Reporting to the Head of Integration & Management Systems, you will lead the integration & separation of assets (Gas, Renewables, Gas Fired Generation) into & out of the APA operating Model across the Major new build assets and M&A Portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Lead integration/separation planning and execution with a focus on delivering tangible outcomes
- Mobilise resources, and establish effective governance to keep projects delivering against objectives
- Engage and align multiple workstreams and stakeholders, fostering effective relationships to achieve strategic goals
- Apply an adaptable project management approach to align with organisational maturity while prioritising outcomes
- Create effective project communications, presentations and options papers, translating complex into simple for a broad range of stakeholders from board, executive to frontline
- Apply strong change management and adoption principles across the program
- You're a strategic thinker who thrives in ambiguity and focuses on results
- You bring a practical mindset to project delivery, tailoring your approach to suit the context
- You're a natural collaborator who leads with influence and empathy
- You have strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, and a passion for solving complex problems
The Integration & Management Systems team plays a key role in ensuring we realise full value from our new assets. We work collaboratively with all business functions to plan & execute Asset Integration/Separation activities for both major new build assets and acquired business across all APA assets classes (Gas, Renewables and Gas-Fired Generation).
