**Asset Integration Specialist Job Overview**

This role plays a critical part in ensuring that V/Line's Track and Civil Maintenance requirements are seamlessly integrated into state and third-party projects, facilitating a smooth transition of assets into revenue services.

The position involves collaborating with project teams and supervisors to address project scopes and non-technical queries effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To engage Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and participate in workshops to guarantee Asset Management (AM) requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • To review and guide work readiness deliverables to ensure accuracy and completeness of compliance documentation.
  • To support non-technical queries and drive a quality culture to minimize risks and optimize asset management.
  • To inspect and assess compliance of works focusing on major commissioning and handover events, supporting infrastructure handover activities.

About You:

  • An engineering degree in Civil & Structure and interfacing Assets Management or equivalent experience is essential.
  • In-depth knowledge and practical experience in Civil & Structure and interfacing Assets Management, including Bridges, Platforms, Gantries, Retaining Structures, are required.
  • Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage complex, fast-paced projects is necessary.
  • Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Civil & Structure maintenance, including Bridges, Platforms, Gantries, and Retaining Structures, is crucial.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Strong communication skills and experience working with various stakeholders are required.
