About The Role We have a rewarding opportunity at our Aluminium Smelter in Portland, Victoria, for a Senior Asset Integrity Engineer, working Monday to Friday.
You will lead Portland's Asset Integrity program, requiring a thorough knowledge of engineering principles and strategy, with responsibilities including: Developing and documenting Asset Integrity Equipment Management Strategies.
Ensuring assets are fit for purpose and aligned with the 10-year strategic plan.
Identifying long-term improvement opportunities focusing on equipment reliability.
Conducting asset management and maintenance reviews for compliance.
Developing risk management strategies to reduce total cost of ownership.
Assisting with equipment budget development.
Staying updated with new technology and best practices.

What You Can Bring To The Role We seek someone with: Tertiary qualifications in Engineering.
Experience in maintenance, reliability, or plant engineering, especially in heavy process industries.
