About This Role

As a Technical Support Administrator, you will play a vital part in supporting the daily operations of our Agricultural, Corporate, Tax and Traders teams. Your role will involve updating workflow trackers, assisting with billing, coordinating year-end procedures, and managing client records with precision and care.

You will arrange appointments, oversee the production and distribution of client letters, and ensure that all documentation is handled in line with our internal procedures and GDPR requirements. You will liaise with both internal teams and external contacts, including clients, previous agents, and HMRC, to ensure accurate information is collected, processed and maintained.

Your professionalism, attention to detail and ability to prioritise effectively will be key to your success in this role.
