Position Profile: WACHS maternity services are seeking to employ Endorsed Midwives as Clinical Midwifery Specialists. These positions require demonstrated clinical leadership qualities and skills – relevant to the SRN role. Utilising the full scope of your qualifications in the midwifery setting and the ability to prescribe and order diagnostics and be appropriately remunerated for your advanced scope. Fixed Term and Permanent roles are available at RN SRN 3 - $131,773 - pro rata plus shift penalties.

For caseload midwives, the new Midwifery Annualised Salary Agreement (MASA) agreement commenced 30 June 2025 and attracts the following:

• 40% annualization loading
  
  

For All Endorsed Midwives

• relevant qualification allowance (3-5%)
• annual Endorsed Midwife allowance ($867)
  
  

These positions require accomplished leadership and play a key role in ensuring women and families have access to world class midwifery and maternity services across the continuum of care in country WA.
