About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated professional to join our team in Front Office as a casual Guest Service Agent. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in a similar environment, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Skills & Experience
  • Guest Interaction: Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, addressing service needs and bidding guests farewell with appreciation.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; clear and professional interactions.
  • Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high service levels under pressure.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Professional Conduct: Maintain a professional demeanor and presentation, including grooming standards.
  • Phone Etiquette: Answer calls with appropriate etiquette and helpful information.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail in handling guest requests and tasks.
  • Opera PMS Experience: Opera Property Management System experience is highly regarded.
  • Flexibility: Available to work a flexible schedule across seven days, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Valid Driver's License: A current New South Wales driver's license is required.
  • Legal Right to Work: Applicants must have the legal right to work in Australia; sponsorship is not available.
  • Police Check: Willingness to undergo a National Police Check.
