Its mission is to commemorate the sacrifice of Australians who have died in war and to help people remember, interpret and understand the Australian experience of war and its enduring impact on Australian society. The hospitality offerings include a mix of restaurant, café and events.
Amazing OpportunityThis is a unique opportunity for professional chefs to join the kitchen team and enjoy the fast-paced environment this exciting venue has to offer. We are looking for chefs who have experience working a la carte, functions and events, delivering good quality and modern innovative food. This opportunity is on a casual basis.
You- Minimum 2 years' experience in a professional kitchen
- Ability to produce quality food, use fresh produce and be creative
- Must have qualifications or equivalent trade experience
- HACCP and sound Food Safety knowledge
- Prepared to work across multi outlets including cafe service and functions/events
- Strong knowledge of fresh local produce and products
- Immaculate grooming and pride in presentation
- Ability to work 5 days across a 7 day operation
- Flexible and willing attitude, clear communication and customer service skills
