Salary: 110K - 120K incl. super per annum

We are looking for a full-time, permanent Senior Speech Pathologist to lead our clinical team. Speechling is primarily a clinic-based service.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Lead and support our small therapy team to provide evidence-based clinical services
  • Provide assessment and therapy to clients in the clinic or via Telehealth
  • Manage client onboarding
  • Attend weekly team meetings to discuss client cases and engage in professional development
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and external health professionals
  • Occasionally visit clients in the community
  • Complete documentation in a timely manner (e.g. progress notes, reports, letters)
  • Capped Caseload:We prioritise the well-being of our staff and clients. Our speech pathologists have alimited number of cases per day, ensuring you can provide the highest level of care and maintain a healthy work-life balance.

  • 5+ years experience as a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist

  • Ability to work independently and seek clinical guidance as needed for safe and quality practice
  • Organisation and time-management skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the principles of evidence based practice
  • Commitment to professional development

Desired Criteria

  • Experience working with the NDIS
  • Experience insupervising junior staff and/or students
  • Experience or interest in working with (external) multidisciplinary teams
  • Driver's Licence
