We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to lead our team and shape the next generation of clinicians. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to share your expertise, mentor emerging professionals and contribute to meaningful outcomes in your local community.
This role requires exceptional clinical skills, leadership capability, and the ability to manage a varied caseload. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality speech pathology services to participants within schools, homes, and the local community, as well as supporting graduate and early career Speech Pathologists through clinical supervision, mentoring, and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage an allocated caseload and complete therapeutic services in a timely manner
- Deliver speech pathology services to participants within schools, homes, and the local community
- Use clinical observations, standardized assessments, and interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help participants achieve their goals
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care
To be considered suitable for this role, you will need:
- Current registration as a Speech Pathologist
- Experience as a Speech Pathologist beyond graduation (3 years minimum)
- Leadership capability and excellent time management and organizational skills
- A proactive attitude and motivation to improve and learn from new ideas
