About the Role

We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Sales & Leasing Executive to lead the commercial leasing and sales function for the group's industrial assets. With a substantial pipeline and product ready to bring to market, you'll take ownership of end-to-end deals — from sourcing and engaging prospects, through to negotiating and closing transactions.

This role offers autonomy, the chance to work directly with the asset owner/developer, and the ability to make a tangible impact on a significant portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inquiries and actively engage with buyers, tenants, and investors.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and leasing strategies to achieve targets.
  • Command the full deal cycle — sourcing, pitching, negotiating, and closing.
  • Collaborate with in house legal counsel, marketing team on campaigns and promotions.
  • Stay across market trends and provide insights to clients and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and manage the client database.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 4+ years of experience

Desired Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organised and able to meet deadlines
  • Experience with Real Commercial and Commercial Real Estate

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Arcnite (not essential)
