Network Design and Integration delivers transport priorities through the planning, development and maintenance of an integrated pipeline of projects and strategic initiatives that provide safe, efficient and sustainable outcomes to all Victorians.
Position Accountabilities- Provide high‑level administrative and executive support to the Executive Director, Public Transport Ticketing (PTT), and the wider PTT Executive Team.
- Manage complex scheduling and logistics, coordinating meetings, travel, expenses and business operations.
- Prepare, edit and manage correspondence, reports, briefings and presentations; oversee timely flow of parliamentary, ministerial and cabinet materials.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion; ensure effective communication and information flow across the division.
- Research and investigate issues on behalf of senior leaders, preparing accurate and timely advice to support informed decision making.
- Provide leadership and direction to support staff, guiding office processes and ensuring consistency in administrative practices across the division.
- Deliver specialist business administration services and advise team members to ensure high standards of service delivery.
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills, written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
- Apply a sound understanding of executive support in a complex environment with discretion, initiative and advanced computer skills.
- Contribute to delivering outcomes that benefit the Victorian community in a high‑profile transport reform area.
- Experience directly supporting senior management or an executive.
- Previous government experience.

Pre‑employment Checks and ConditionsAll new appointments require a National Criminal Records Check, Misconduct Screening, and a Qualification Check where there is a mandatory qualification. Applicants must be Australian Citizens, Permanent Residents or hold a valid work permit or visa. VPS re‑employment restrictions apply for recipients of VPS voluntary departure packages. A six‑month probation applies to non‑VPS applicants.
