Our client is a cutting-edge player in the fibre-based folding cartons space, delivering premium, sustainable packaging solutions to some of Australia's most recognisable FMCG, retail, pharmaceutical, and consumer brands. Operating out of a state-of-the-art facility in South-East Melbourne, the business is known for its advanced production capabilities, bespoke designs and a strong focus on customer experience.
Though part of a larger national marketing and manufacturing group, the business runs independently - with the agility and entrepreneurial spirit of a mid-sized operator, combined with the backing, scale and resources of a national brand.
This is a company in expansion mode, fuelled by significant investment, innovation and the trust of major national clients. As they continue to scale, they're looking for a commercially minded, people-first leader to take on the role of Head of Client Partnerships - a key position responsible for strategic client growth, team leadership and driving revenue outcomes.
What's in it for you?- $200,000 – $225,000 + Super + Bonus
- Senior leadership role reporting directly to the GM
- Work closely with production, sales, and national accounts
- Lead a passionate team of CRMs, PMs and support staff
- Shape customer strategy, retention and new business development
- Lead the Client Partnerships team to deliver revenue and margin growth
- Develop tailored strategies for key FMCG and B2B accounts
- Engage cross-functionally with production, operations and leadership
- Support, mentor and empower the client team to perform at their best
- Build relationships with senior client stakeholders and ensure retention
- Identify new business opportunities and drive project wins
- Represent the business in industry forums and client workshops
- Leadership experience in client services, packaging, FMCG or manufacturing
- Proven commercial acumen and ability to hit revenue goals
- Strong background in account management and customer growth
- Ability to lead and inspire teams while maintaining operational detail
- Understanding of packaging processes or manufacturing workflows is a bonus
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
