Talked is an online mental health platform that's helped over 25,000 Australians access therapy. We're a small, ambitious team making a big impact on the future of digital mental health. Recently named one of Australia's fastest-growing startups by the AFR, we're now expanding into the corporate wellness space.

We're looking for a Head of Partnerships to join our team as we scale into corporate wellness. You'll be a pivotal early hire, shaping our partnerships strategy and leading execution nationally. This is a hands-on role where you'll identify opportunities, build relationships with organisations and employers and develop the frameworks to grow our corporate offering.

This position is also open to candidates outside Melbourne, with the option to work remotely.

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record in partnerships or business development (healthcare industry preferred)
  • Confidence engaging and influencing C-level executives and senior decision makers
  • Experience negotiating and structuring commercial agreements
  • Strategic mindset with willingness to execute hands-on
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proven leadership ability, with the confidence to shape strategy, influence direction and guide the team as we grow.
  • Familiarity with EAP, healthcare or wellbeing industry
  • Ideally located in either NSW or VIC
