About the Role

We seek an experienced and strategic leader to join us as the Head of Client Relationships & Sales. Responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening client partnerships, and identifying opportunities for service expansion, the position requires keen commercial acumen and a client-first mindset.

This is a pivotal role which will shape the growth trajectory of the business by aligning sales strategies with service delivery, with a commitment to ongoing client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets and market share growth.
  • Build, nurture, and expand long-term client relationships, ensuring retention and growth.
  • Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities across the client base, increasing client lifetime value.
  • Negotiate high-value contracts and partnerships that align with the company's strategic goals.
  • Client Relationship Leadership: Serve as the executive-level relationship manager for key accounts.
  • Partner closely with CFOs delivering services to ensure seamless collaboration and excellent client outcomes.
  • Champion service excellence, ensuring every client interaction reflects the company's values.
  • Actively seek client feedback and translate insights into continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strategic & Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with the executive team to align client engagement, sales, and operational strategies.
  • Ensure that sales and client success strategies are aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Provide leadership to foster a high-performance, client-focused culture.
  • Performance & Market Insight: Track and analyse sales performance, client satisfaction, and market trends.
  • Provide regular reporting to the executive team on client growth and revenue outcomes.
  • Use insights to refine sales strategies, improve service offerings, and anticipate client needs.
