The Role

We're on the hunt for a commercially savvy, people-focused Operations Manager to take ownership of day-to-day clinic operations while driving performance across both locations.

You'll lead empowered teams, streamline systems, and play a key role in achieving our growth goals. This isn't just about managing — it's about scaling. You'll play a direct role in shaping future clinic openings, expanding service offerings, and elevating Skin Divinity into new markets.

You'll also have commercial ownership, responsible for hitting growth targets, optimising profitability, and ensuring operational efficiency across both sites.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Leading, managing, and supporting teams to uphold excellence in service and client care
  • Executing business strategies aligned with monthly growth targets
  • Reviewing KPIs and financials to drive performance and profitability
  • Managing recruitment, rostering, and team development
  • Implementing efficient operational systems and processes
  • Supporting marketing initiatives to boost client acquisition and retention
  • Upholding compliance with industry standards and brand protocols
  • Acting as the key link between directors and clinic teams
