About the Role

The Installations Manager - New Build Channel will be responsible for scheduling all "Call Ups" and Installations from our Builder Channel each week. You will organise the day-to-day for installers and liaise with builders to ensure call up dates are met and installations are completed in a timely manner. This role works directly with the technical team, logistics team and the sales manager.

Note: This is a hybrid position, with 3 days per week based at our Byron Bay Head Office and the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining 2 days.

What You'll Do
  • Confirm future availability of install teams
  • Schedule appointments for the week/day
  • Recruit electricians nationally with a focus on VIC & NSW
  • Liaise via phone and email with installers, builders and site supervisors
  • Provide regular confirmations and renegotiation when needed
  • Resolve issues before arriving onsite and during on-site activities
  • Defuse and reassure frustrated installers and supervisors to reach resolutions
What You Bring
  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in the construction industry (scheduling, project management, business development)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to persuade and influence others
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise
  • Tech-savvy and commercially astute
  • Currently residing in the Northern Rivers/Gold Coast region with ability to commute to Byron Bay office Monday–Friday
Bonus Points
  • Experience dealing with contractors or trades (highly regarded)
  • Experience negotiating trading terms or contracts
  • Experience using Google Sheets or Excel
