What You'll Be Doing

• Be the first point of contact, delivering warm welcomes and lasting first impressions
• Handle customer enquiries, bookings, and payments using our digital systems
• Keep reception areas tidy, professional, and inviting
• Assist with customer feedback and help resolve issues with a smile
• Support daily admin tasks that keep our centres running smoothly

Who We're Looking For

• Experience in a fast-paced customer service or reception environment
• Great communication and conflict resolution skills
• Confidence using POS systems and handling transactions
• A calm, organised, and solutions-focused approach

• Interview date: Interviews will be conducted within two weeks of the advert closing.
• Package: $58,545 - $61,927 (full-time equivalent) gross p.a. plus 12% super.
• Hours of work: Permanent full-time (38 hours per week) with an option of a 19-day month flex-time arrangement.
• Permanent part-time up to 20 hours per week also available. Shifts vary depending on operational needs.
• Applicants must be willing to work across all three Leisure Centres, from 5am to 9pm, seven days a week.

Suitable candidates will undergo pre-employment screening, including reference checks, work rights verification, identity and medical history checks (including Covid-19 vaccination), and possibly criminal history, qualification, and Working with Children checks.
