The Role

Are you currently studying and looking for a flexible, permanent part-time role? Or perhaps you're simply seeking a better work-life balance?

At Knight Frank, we're on the lookout for a vibrant and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our front of house team at Roselands Shopping Centre part time. As the welcoming face of the shopping centre, you'll be the first point of contact for customers and tenants playing a key role in creating memorable guest experiences and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic retail environment and genuinely enjoys helping others. With your warm and professional approach, you'll ensure every visitor feels welcome, supported, and valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and professional front desk service, in-person and over the phone
• Assist with wheelchair bookings, lost property, tenant queries, and public announcements
• Maintain the Community Service Board and coordinate community bookings
• Record and manage customer feedback, liaising with relevant teams
• Collect and update tenant trading hours, contact details, insurance, and monthly sales
• Support contractors and couriers on site, ensuring all protocols are followed
• Raise purchase orders and manage admin-related tenant tasks
• Liaise professionally with internal and external stakeholders
• Attend emergency procedure training and assist during incidents

• Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence using Microsoft Office tools
