ABC Seamless has an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Officer / Representative / Complaints Manager to join our leading home improvement company in the Parramatta area.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Taking and dealing with all customer and salesman queries.
  • Keeping our customers happy and informed at all times.
  • Maintaining relationships with all of our key customers including Strata Managers and Property Managers.

To be considered for the position, it is essential that you have:

  • At least 1 year's experience in a customer service role.
  • A car to drive to our office in the Parramatta area (parking on site).
  • Australian residency.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Reliable, punctual, and friendly nature.

You will be working from our office on Monday to Friday from 7 am - 4 pm.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
