About The Position

This role is ideal for a dynamic individual with a strong sales background, passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences within a growing financial advisory firm.

Your Role And Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To
  • Engaging clients over the phone to update information and conduct fact-finding
  • Scheduling and confirming client appointments with Financial Advisers
  • Providing outstanding service to build and maintain client relationships
  • Conducting both inbound and outbound calls to ensure seamless client service
  • Supporting Financial Advisers with scheduling and client information management
  • Utilising CRM and financial platforms to manage client workflows
  • Regular use of Microsoft Office programs
About You
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role within financial services, with a strong sales background
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and other relevant software tools
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative mindset with adaptability to work in a diverse team
