As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated and curious Intermediate Accountant to join our Business Services team.

The Opportunity

This role is ideal for a confident junior accountant ready to step up or an established intermediate accountant looking for more variety, responsibility, and real support for their career.

You'll be part of a close-knit team working on a range of SME clients, across industries, delivering accounting, tax and advisory work that matters.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare financial statements, income tax returns, BAS, and IAS
  • Assist with tax planning, management reporting, and cash flow forecasting
  • Collaborate with seniors and managers to deliver great outcomes for clients
  • Work on companies, trusts, partnerships, and high-net-worth individuals
  • Use Xero, Xero Practice Manager and other cloud-based tools to complete work efficiently
  • Develop your technical skills through ongoing CA/CPA support, training, and mentoring

About You

  • 2–3+ years' experience in public practice accounting
  • Working towards or recently commenced CA or CPA
  • Proficient in Xero, and confident with Excel (pivot tables, formulas etc.)
  • Great communication skills, a collaborative attitude, and strong attention to detail
  • A desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a team where you're genuinely valued
