DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Collaborate with Principals and Managers to deliver client value
  • Manage complete tax compliance for diverse clients
  • Initiate client communication to foster strong relationships
  • Analyze client structures and aid in tax advice preparation
  • Create financial statements, track KPIs, and develop client goals
  • Identify avenues for enhancing client business growth
EXPERIENCE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
  • 2-3 years in professional practice as an Accountant
  • Familiarity with current tax legislation and application with partner guidance
  • Skilled in managing client portfolios
  • Ability to mentor junior/intermediate staff
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrates initiative, self-confidence, and problem-solving abilities
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficient in Handisoft, MYOB, Quickbooks, Xero and Microsoft Office
  • Enthusiastic about developing a fulfilling career
  • Passionate about supporting clients in business growth
