We are seeking a dynamic Director of College Operations (a newly created role) commencing in Term 1, 2026 to play a pivotal role in supporting high-quality teaching and learning through expert management of timetabling, staffing allocations, and learning space optimisation.
This leadership position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to fostering operational cohesion. This is a full time continuing role.
What you'll be doingThe Director of College Operations plays a key leadership role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the College's daily operations. This position oversees the College timetable, staffing allocations, and use of learning spaces, while also managing the College Calendar, events, and operational systems. Through strategic planning, data-informed decision-making, and collaborative leadership, the role supports high-quality teaching and learning across the College.
What we're looking forWe are seeking a highly organised and strategic leader with a background in educational operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, collaborative, and data-driven, with the ability to manage complex scheduling, staffing, and resource coordination across a dynamic school environment. You'll bring excellent communication skills, a solutions-focused mindset, and a commitment to supporting high-quality teaching and learning through operational excellence.
Proficiency in timetabling software (Timetabler), student information systems (TASS), and advanced Excel skills highly regarded.
Deep understanding of school operations, curriculum delivery models, and educational compliance requirements would be an asset.
A proactive approach to leveraging technology for operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
