We are seeking a highly skilled Property Claims Manager to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting and challenging opportunity that requires a high level of knowledge of insurance and/or claims management. The successful candidate will be highly compliance and outcome focused, with strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert support and advice to customers holders with respect to their claims/projects
  • Request supplier appointment and detail information required to determine cause and extent of claim as well as Quoted costs for such repairs
  • Manage assigned case load and meet client expectations
  • Meet regulatory requirements, working within Service Level Agreements (SLA's) and client service standards
  • Produce high quality & accurate written reports and record keeping accuracy
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers as required to determine repair cost, repair activity and cause of damage
