Anglicare Tasmania is seeking a permanent, full-timeSenior Case Manager (Senior Practice Manager) based inLaunceston.
About the Role:
As Senior Case Manager, you will provide leadership,guidance and oversight to staff within our Front Door services(Connection Coaches and Housing Connect After Hours Service).
You will:
- Lead, mentor and support case management staff to ensureconsistent, evidence-based practice.
- Monitor and strengthen service delivery, ensuring practicecoherency and fidelity to the Housing Connect model.
- Oversee case allocation, workflow management, and clientsupport pathways.
- Collaborate with senior colleagues and external partners toensure seamless, client-centred service delivery.
- Provide high-level advice on practice and service design,with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
This role is both strategic and hands-on, balancing casepractice leadership with organisational accountability, includingreporting, performance outcomes, and maintaining high standards ofservice to the community.
The successful applicant will possess demonstrablecompetency, knowledge, understanding and/or skills in the followingareas:
- High level demonstrated understanding and application ofevidence-based service design into practice.
- Demonstrated experience in building, inspiring and leadingteams including monitoring team performance.
- Demonstrated experience in providing a high level of adviceon a range of practice and service delivery issues,particularly in relation to evidence-based practice.
- Demonstrated experience with practice development anddocumentation.
- Demonstrated ability to work in collaboration with amultidisciplinary team to facilitate the translation ofknowledge into practice and service objectives.
- Understanding of relevant theoretical and conceptualframeworks and commitment to the values and ideals ofcapabilities and Advantaged Thinking practice approaches.
- High-level written and verbal communication andinterpersonal skills to build effective relationships with abroad range of stakeholders in accordance with the HousingConnect 2.0 model, design principles and practices.
- Well-developed organisational and time management skillswith the ability to plan and prioritise work and meetdeadlines.
- Tertiary qualifications relevant to the position orextensive experience and lesser qualifications deemedequivalent.
What we offer you:
- an attractive salary of $111,505.68 to $116,425.92
- not-for-profit salary packaging available that can increaseyour take home pay
- a 7% Graduate Loading payable where you hold a degree in arelevant discipline;

The successful applicant will be requiredto:
- provide a current Tasmanian Working with Vulnerable PeopleRegistration (employment/volunteer category) including NDISWorker Screening Check
- present an unsupervised contact with children or vulnerablepeople type National Police Check (no older than 12months);
- provide an International Police Check if you have residedfor 12 months or more outside of Australia after the age of16;
- provide a satisfactory Anglicare assessed medical:
- provide a current provisional or full Australian DriverLicence.
On commencement the successful applicant will be required toundertake our structured Safeguarding Children Trainingprogram.
