About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Manager to lead our case management team in Launceston.

This role will involve overseeing case allocation, workflow management, and client support pathways, while also collaborating with senior colleagues and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.

The successful applicant will possess demonstrable competency in evidence-based service design, team leadership, and advice provision, as well as experience in practice development and documentation.

  • High level demonstrated understanding and application of evidence-based service design into practice.
  • Demonstrated experience in building, inspiring and leading teams including monitoring team performance.
  • Demonstrated experience in providing a high level of advice on a range of practice and service delivery issues, particularly in relation to evidence-based practice.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate the translation of knowledge into practice and service objectives.

  • Tertiary qualifications relevant to the position or extensive experience and lesser qualifications deemed equivalent.
