In this role, you'll work closely with project teams and stakeholders across the business to deliver thoughtful change strategies and engagement that helps our people feel supported and confident during transformation. From training and communication to planning and post-project feedback, you'll help bring structure to how we manage change.

Job DescriptionWhat you'll be doing:

Working side-by-side with project teams to integrate change management into everything we do

Creating and delivering engaging communication and training

Helping teams understand and prepare for change through workshops, supportand clear messaging

Analysing the impacts of change and identifying opportunities to improve experience

Tracking progress, gathering feedback and continuously improving our approach

Desired Skills and ExperienceAbout you:

You have 1-3 years' experiencesupporting or leading change activities in a corporate or project environment

You're a great communicator Clear, creative, and confident presenting to different audiences

You're proactive and organised, with strong stakeholder management skills

You love working collaboratively and are happy to roll up your sleeves when needed

You bring curiosity and empathy to everything you do, with a real focus on the end-user experience

You have worked in an agile environment

Comfortable with Microsoft Office and SharePoint

Bonus points for experience using Miro, Jira or Confluence (or a willingness to learn)

More about us:
The construction industry long service leave scheme is a mandatory scheme for construction industry workers and employers in Victoria. Employers must register with us, submit quarterly returns to us and pay charges to us. These charges are used to fund the long service leave benefit that is available to construction industry workers after seven years of work in the industry. LeavePlus has statutory powers to enforce compliance by employers with the scheme.
