Be a part of a collaborative and innovative environment where your expertise makes a differenceResponsibilities: Support the design, development, delivery, and management of change management initiatives.
Conduct stakeholder analysis to identify and address potential risks and impacts.
Develop and implement change strategies, communication plans, and training materials to ensure successful project outcomes.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to promote understanding and adoption of change initiatives.
Monitor readiness and adoption levels, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Identify and mitigate resistance to change by addressing concerns and developing tailored solutions.
Ensure documentation and knowledge transfer of change management practices for future reference.
Qualifications: Previous experience in a Change Analyst, Change Coordinator, or similar role.
Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., PROSCI or similar frameworks).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proven ability to analyse complex information and deliver actionable insights.
Exceptional planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project delivery approaches is highly regarded.
Certification in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI, APMG) is an advantage.
