Regional Business Development Manager (Renewable Energy) – NSW. Sydney | Hybrid / Remote (Travel Required)

What You'll Do

  • As the Regional Business Development Manager, you'll take the reins on reseller and solar retailer partnerships across NSW. You'll be the face of the business in the field - driving strategic growth, delivering standout support, and ensuring our partners have everything they need to succeed.
  • Recruit and onboard high-impact solar resellers and retailers, while identifying new market opportunities.
  • Analyse industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Build and deliver compelling sales plans, pitching with purpose to meet revenue targets.
  • Lead and support partner relationships, offering training, guidance, and technical support to drive long-term value.
  • Stay across product and tech developments in solar and battery innovation.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns and create cut-through at key events.
  • Track performance, deliver accurate forecasts, and use insights to inform strategy.

What We're Looking For

You're a relationship-first, results-driven sales professional with a passion for renewable energy and a deep understanding of the reseller landscape.

  • 5+ years in sales or business development within the solar or energy storage industry.
  • Deep knowledge of solar and battery storage systems.
  • Proven track record hitting B2B sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter who thrives with autonomy.
  • CRM proficiency + strong MS Office skills.
  • Willingness to travel across NSW.
