About the Role – Operations Coordinator & Admin

This is a leadership role. Yes, you'll be involved in the admin tasks that keep our clinic running — but more than that, you'll be the glue that binds the team, the systems brain, and the calm in the storm. Your time will be mainly focussed on the operational avenues of the clinic and the rest of your time spent on the front desk (front of house) - 70/30 split.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

Building and refining systems and processes to make everyone's life easier

Delegating effectively to our amazing admin team (onshore and virtual)

Creating structure and rhythm in the way we work day to day

Training and upskilling team members so they can be the best that they can be

Supporting the leadership team with trust, loyalty, and alignment

Keeping communication flowing between team members

Organising rostering, admin training, and team upskilling

Spotting inefficiencies — and doing something about them
