Vertical Sales Manager, Process Industries – Siemens Digital Industries

We are seeking a dynamic professional to lead strategic account planning, sales opportunity management, and project execution within the process industries and cybersecurity domains. You will define and execute mid- to long-term goals to grow and nurture new and existing accounts, aligning closely with business strategy. You will develop customized account strategies, prioritize prospects based on strategic importance, and engage key stakeholders—including C-level executives—to build lasting relationships and drive sales performance.
Responsibilities- Own the opportunity pipeline in your region from creation through closure.
- Lead marketing-led campaigns, evaluate customer needs, and identify the right solutions and go-to-market strategies.
- Assess opportunity risks, understand financial constraints, and propose business models and financing options that meet client goals.
- Oversee a small team of project managers, providing leadership across solution bids and project execution in Process Automation and Networking/Cybersecurity.
- Mentor team members, set performance expectations, resolve conflicts, and ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in both sales and project management.
- Strong technical foundation in process control and excellent leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in a multinational organization with matrix reporting structures is desirable.
- Experience in the Process Automation industry and strong communication skills to articulate Siemens technology benefits.
