Our Records Governance team is a business-critical, global, and diverse advisory team within our Corporate Operations Group. We manage Macquarie's records and information effectively through a tailored Records Management framework aligned with business requirements and oversight through governance forums.

What role will you play?

You will support senior management in ensuring high-quality governance records and information management. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, aligning practices with internal policies, frameworks, and regulatory requirements.

What you offer
  • Knowledge and experience in information governance and records management frameworks
  • Understanding of technology platforms supporting information governance
  • Experience in complex business environments, preferably in financial services, managing senior stakeholders
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and Excel
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in information management are advantageous
