About the Role

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders across business and technology to deliver high-impact solutions. You'll lead the end-to-end analysis lifecycle-from understanding current business processes through to delivering comprehensive documentation, driving test planning, and supporting implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and design business processes to support strategic objectives

• Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and requirements

• Drive data analysis to inform solution design and business decisions

• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), focusing on procedure-level documentation

• Plan and execute testing activities, including test cases, scenarios, and defect triage

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solution alignment and delivery
  
  

About You

You're a highly capable Senior Business Analyst with deep experience in complex financial environments-particularly institutional banking. You bring a strong mix of technical know-how, communication finesse, and the ability to translate ambiguity into clarity.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

Proven experience in:

• Business process analysis

• Data analysis and insights generation

• Business requirements gathering and user story development

• Test planning, execution, and support

• SOP writing (procedures level minimum)

Industry knowledge:

• Institutional Banking experience is essential

• Payments and/or Transactional Banking experience is highly desirable
