About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing, forward-thinking data and insights team as a Senior Analyst. Your work will directly empower marketing and digital teams to make smarter, data-led decisions that drive performance and personalisation at scale.

Responsibilities
  • Offer support and insights to campaign teams, helping them evaluate the effectiveness of their campaigns.
  • Provide the marketing team with insights to understand how their efforts are influencing overall performance.
  • Delve into data to assist the personalisation and website optimisation teams, enhancing marketing spend efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 5 + years experience in an analytics role, ideally in a Senior Digital Analyst or Senior Data Analyst with strong experience across marketing performance and product insights.
Required Skills
  • Stakeholder engagement, proven experience working with Executive and Senior-level stakeholders.
  • Strong technically in SQL, Tableau, PowerBI and GA4.
  • Experience in web analytics and a keen interest in digital marketing analytics is highly desirable.
  • Ability to solve complex problems and effectively communicate analytics outcomes to various stakeholders.
  • You are an adaptable, strategic thinker capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure.

Please note that this role requires you to be based in Sydney, is a hybrid role and you must have full working rights.
