Are you ready to make a difference in the financial industry? We're looking for a Senior Analyst - Payment Screening to join a dynamic team. In this role, you will focus on configuring detection checks, understanding payment screening processes, and ensuring the effectiveness of rules in detecting suspicious activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and implement detection checks within payment screening systems.
  • Understand the intricacies of payment screening processes, ensuring accurate identification of suspicious payments.
  • Assess the impact of detection rules on the overall screening process and refine them to enhance performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements and ensure alignment with industry best practices.

What We're Looking For:

  • Prior experience as a Senior Technical Business Analyst within banking (must)
  • Proven experience in payment screening, detection check configuration, and rule implementation (must)
  • Strong understanding of payment screening rules and their application in identifying suspicious transactions (must)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess the impact of rules and identify areas for improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders effectively.
