In this exciting role, you'll have the opportunity to :

  • Skillfully operate the folder / gluer machine to create various high-quality folding cartons.
  • Utilize scheduling software to expertly manage machine setup.
  • Master the equipment's operation, ensuring top-notch performance.
  • Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly efficiency goals while maintaining rigorous production and quality standards.
  • Set up and operate folder / gluer and case packing machines with precision.
  • Thoroughly review the order job ticket before preparing for production.
  • Consistently monitor carton quality, batch counts, and case packs to ensure excellence.
  • Complete job orders and accurately reconcile final production counts against orders.
  • Conduct operator-level repairs and maintenance to keep machinery running smoothly.
  • Adhere to all safety and quality protocols to promote a secure workplace.
