Equipment Services Team Overview
Equipment Services (EQS) is responsible for the end-to-end management of CCEP's fleet of beverage equipment across Australia. If you are not drinking one of our beverages out of a can or a bottle, chances are you are drinking it from a beverage machine serviced by our dedicated technicians. This role has a significant impact on maintaining the high quality of our beverages.
The Role
The primary objective of the CDO Technician role is to support the EQS team in providing high-quality sales equipment to both internal and external stakeholders to drive sales growth and contribute to KPI success within the Equipment & Services department. The technician will respond to and repair breakdowns of beverage equipment located at customer sites, including Glass Door Merchandisers, Air Curtain Coolers, Fountain dispensing equipment, vending machines, frozen beverage equipment, and coffee machines.
Consistently demonstrate the company Vision and Values and uphold safe behaviors at all times.
Key Responsibilities :
Participate actively in Toolbox Talks, safety audits, and ensure safety behaviors are followed.Address overdue incidents, hazards, and complete tasks in a timely manner. Repair equipment and return it to a field-ready condition.Ensure equipment is prepared for market and does not require service within 30 days. Maintain a quality score >80%.
Complete refurbishment efficiently, using only necessary parts.Manage inventory, including stocktakes, cycle counts, and weekly management of outstanding STOs.Follow standard work procedures, accurately record time using systems like Kronos.Participate in continuous improvement projects, training, and skill development programs.About You
