Account Manager (QLD) at me&u. We're looking for someone to build strong, lasting relationships with venue partners, helping them get the most out of our platform and identifying opportunities to drive growth.

With 200 staff in five countries, and headquartered in Melbourne, Australia, me&u is the consolidation of two leading hospitality technology companies: Mr Yum and me&u, who merged in November 2023.

The Role

We're looking for an Account Manager to join our Growth team at me&u. In this role, you'll build strong, lasting relationships with venue partners, helping them get the most out of our platform and identifying opportunities to drive growth. You'll act as a trusted advisor – supporting venues with smooth onboarding, delivering strategies to boost performance, and ensuring they see ongoing value in me&u. This is a role for someone who thrives on problem-solving, building partnerships, and making a real impact. Success means happy venues, engaged customers, and me&u becoming the preferred way to order and pay.

What You'll Do
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with venue partners, becoming their go-to advisor.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for your portfolio, managing day-to-day needs and bigger-picture strategies.
  • Drive account growth by identifying upsell opportunities and delivering commercial initiatives.
  • Lead business reviews with venues, helping them understand performance and uncover expansion opportunities.
  • Spot venues at risk of churn and work with them to re-engage and resolve blockers.
  • Collaborate across internal teams such as Sales, Onboarding, Product, and Support to deliver the best possible customer experience.
  • Provide proactive training, insights, and guidance to venue staff to maximise product adoption.
  • Keep CRM and reporting up to date with activity, insights, and feedback.
What You'll Bring
  • Experience in account management, customer success or a similar client-facing role.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and consult.
  • A commercial mindset with a knack for spotting growth and upsell opportunities.
  • Ability to balance proactive initiatives with responsive problem-solving.
  • Organised, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hospitality or SaaS experience is a bonus (but not essential).
