NDIS Administration and Plan Manager Assistant

My Solutions Plan Management is a nationally registered NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) plan management provider based on the Gold Coast. We are passionate about helping our participants maximize their NDIS plan funding so they can live their lives to the fullest without financial worries.

We are growing and excited to add a new team member This part-time role starts at 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

The ideal candidate will be located on the Gold Coast. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement with initial in-person training, transitioning to WFH with occasional in-person meetings, training, and team activities.

Role start date: as soon as possible upon offer.

  • Be the first point of contact for participant and provider enquiries, handling incoming and outbound calls.
  • Assist with invoice processing.
  • Manage the administration email inbox.
  • Perform budget forecasting and prepare reports.
  • Onboard new participants, gathering all necessary information.
  • Maintain information on the CRM system.
  • Liaise with the NDIA to resolve plan and invoice issues.
  • Communicate with service providers to ensure invoices comply with guidelines.
  • Review invoices for errors and take corrective actions.
  • Maintain records for audit purposes.
  • Support general administration tasks.
  • Meet KPIs.

About you:

  • Experience in NDIS plan management is highly desirable.
  • Experience in accounting or bookkeeping is highly desirable.
  • Experience in administration roles is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Fast learner, comfortable with numbers.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

No formal qualifications are required, but a Diploma or Certificate IV in Business Administration or similar is a plus.

  • Approved NDIS Disability Worker Screening Check
  • Blue Card (WWCC)
  • NDIS Worker Induction and Orientation
  • NDIS Infection Control Training
