Ndis Disability Support Worker

About the Role:
We are seeking dedicated and experienced Disability Support Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred care to NDIS participants.
The ideal candidates will have a passion for supporting individuals to live independently and comfortably within their communities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care, including assistance with hygiene and daily activities
Assist with mobility using manual handling techniques such as hoists, slide sheets, and transfers
Support participants during community access and appointments
Perform domestic duties such as meal preparation, cleaning, and shopping
Provide emotional support and companionship
Complete sleepover shifts as required
Qualifications and Requirements:
Current NDIS Worker Screening Card
Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module
Valid Blue Card
Current First Aid and CPR certification
Valid driver's licence and own transport
Legal right to work in Australia
Manual handling experience, including use of hoists and transfer techniques
Comfortable with personal care support
Minimum 12 months experience in disability or aged care industry
Proficient English communication skills (spoken and written)
Availability Requirements:
Available for a minimum of 3 days per week
Able to work 4 to 10 hours per day
Willing to travel (please specify your preferred travel distance)
Availability for sleepover shifts
Additional Information:
