  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team of product professionals, building capability and commercial acumen across the function
  • Build strong relationships with executives, finance, treasury, retail, marketing, credit, data & analytics and external vendors to deliver product outcomes at scale
What will you bring?

  • Confidence working at an executive level, influencing and securing buy-in for strategic product directions
  • Experience leading and developing teams within large mutuals, banks or financial services organisations
  • Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills, particularly across payments and open banking

P&N Group is committed to creating a satisfying and fulfilling working environment, offering employee benefits and development opportunities that reward and help you perform to your potential and expand your experience and learning. To help you live your best life through work, we offer an extensive range of employee benefits.

  • Work for a national multi-brand, customer-focused organisation
