The Role

Reporting to the site manager in a collaborative team environment, the successful candidate will be across the site assuming responsibility for the labourers and logistics of the project. Diligent adherence to planning and quality control processes is essential in this role, to ensure everything that happens under your area of responsibility happens the way you and we intended, not by chance.


The successful applicant will join a team of up to 10 site staff on an 11 story residential project. You will need to be conversant with building codes, standards and methodologies and have a solutions-driven approach, with the initiative to solve problems and manage conflict. Within the team environment, you will be an expert planner and communicator who can manage risks and maximise productivity across the 4 pillars of Time, Safety, Cost, Quality.



You Will Have The Following Qualifications
  • A trade or Construction Management qualification - this is a must
  • QBCC Builders Open licence (supervisor / builder) - required
  • Work in a full-time position with an immediate start
  • Driver's Licence and construction white card
  • Desire to share part of team success and is passionate about building
