Your Role

What You'll Do
  • Lead high-impact customer onboarding and change projects with rigor and precision-governance, stakeholder mapping, risk management, and all.
  • Shake things up by streamlining processes and optimizing customer integration using cutting-edge technology.
  • Drive pre-sales and organic growth opportunities, working closely with Sales and the Program Office.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations that showcase real-world benefits to all levels, from managers to executives.
  • Own and enhance the customer experience, ensuring fast-tracked implementations and maximizing revenue opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to embed solutions into customer operations, ensuring a smooth transition from onboarding to go-live.
  • Facilitate solution workshops that uncover new opportunities and create real value for our clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across all levels of our customers' organizations, becoming a trusted advisor and champion for their success.
