Mater Human Resources is looking for a Lead Human Resources Service Advisor to join our team Based at our Newstead offices, this is a permanent, full-time role.

Salary range : $93,103 - $102,572 per annum plus 12% superannuation.

What you'll be doing

The Lead HR Services Advisor will assist the Manager HR Services in service delivery by ensuring that HR requests are processed efficiently, accurately, and according to relevant HR policies and procedures.

The role will also be responsible for investigating, suggesting, and implementing process improvements for People and Learning related projects, as well as assisting the HR Services team in coaching, training, and providing day-to-day support.

About you

You will have experience working in a high-volume HR administration role. You should meet the following criteria:

  • Demonstrated experience in HRIS, Human Resources, Payroll, or Position Management. Desirable Qualifications
  • A degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or Business is highly desirable.
  • A commitment to excellent customer service principles.
  • Experience in a healthcare environment is desirable. Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal skills that foster teamwork and approachable customer service.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a pressurized environment.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to legislative and Mater policy requirements.
