**About the Role**

As the HR Advisor, you will report to a highly supportive General Manager of Human Resources, and will be working alongside a friendly and collaborative wider HR team.

In this true HR generalist role, you will be supporting across the entire remit of HR including: HR reporting and analytics; ER advice and coaching; Full employee lifecycle; cyclical HR activities e.g. Remuneration Reviews, Performance Reviews etc.; Wellness and Wellbeing; Recruitment; Learning and Development; as well as managing their monthly Payroll cycle which is outsourced.

It is a HR generalist role with a focus in the data and analytics space, as well as payroll, so you will be a person who has an interest in numbers and data

**About You**

You will be a go-getter, someone who enjoys working in a team and who can also work independently, with a can-do attitude and an approachable demeanor.
- "Variety is the Spice of Life" - _You will be a HR professional who genuinely enjoying a true end-to-end HR generalist role, including Payroll. It is essential that you possess payroll experience - you do not have to have end-to-end payroll processing experience, however you need to be experienced with outsourcing payroll to a third party for processing.

You have a strong analytical and numerical mindset in order to execute the reporting and data, and payroll successfully.

It is essential that you are Covid double vaccinated.
