THE ROLE

Due to internal promotion, we have a new opportunity for a Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at UniLodge on Margaret on a full-time basis. You will lead the front-line team in the efficient and effective operations of Reception by:

  • Maintaining and developing customer service standards and management systems
  • Addressing enquiries with professionalism and compassion, with an interest in the education sector
  • Focusing on maximising occupancy levels and business opportunities

Our ideal candidate is warm, energetic, and passionate about delivering exceptional service to our community of student residents. As the supervisor of our front desk reception, you will display a "we care" attitude and have the confidence to problem-solve and manage issues as they arise.

Our mandatory requirements include:

  • Work rights in Australia
  • Valid National Police Check
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check
  • QLD State Real Estate Qualification — Hold or be able to acquire a valid and current Registration Certificate lodged with the Office of Fair Trading QLD
