At Children's Health Queensland Hospital and Health Service, we are seeking a skilled Switchboard Supervisor to support the efficient operation of our 24/7 switchboard service. The successful candidate will provide service, guidance, support, and mentoring to staff while delivering business requirements in a fast-paced environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and is committed to achieving operational excellence. As a member of our dynamic team, you will contribute to the development of Australia's best paediatric health service by coaching and supporting others to deliver person-centred care to children, young people, and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional, efficient, knowledgeable, courteous 24-hour service to stakeholders, clients, and the public as an operator of QCH Switchboard and after-hours supervisor.
  • Commit to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health equity reform to Close the Gap by 2033, as underpinned by the CHQ Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Equity Strategy 2022–2025.
