At Children's Health Queensland Hospital and Health Service, we are seeking a skilled Switchboard Supervisor to support the efficient operation of our 24/7 switchboard service. The successful candidate will provide service, guidance, support, and mentoring to staff while delivering business requirements in a fast-paced environment.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and is committed to achieving operational excellence. As a member of our dynamic team, you will contribute to the development of Australia's best paediatric health service by coaching and supporting others to deliver person-centred care to children, young people, and families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional, efficient, knowledgeable, courteous 24-hour service to stakeholders, clients, and the public as an operator of QCH Switchboard and after-hours supervisor.
- Commit to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health equity reform to Close the Gap by 2033, as underpinned by the CHQ Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Equity Strategy 2022–2025.
Children's Health Queensland is a recognised leader in paediatric healthcare, teaching, and research. We deliver a range of clinical services, training, and health promotion programs to children and young people across Queensland and northern New South Wales.
