工作职责Job Description:
The Business Development Manager –Infrared Thermography Market should have large experience for developing the Thermography market by approaching and building a solid relationships with both Distributors and End Users.
The key attributes and expectations of a good Business Development Manager are:
- Great business sense
- Deep understanding of the Infrared thermography market
- Massive customer resource regarding infrared thermography market in German
- Great communication skills
- A positive attitude
- Great negotiation skills
- Initiative, Honesty and Integrity
The company therefore requires the Business Development manager to act as the ambassador of the company and brand, delivering the following key tasks:
- Develop infrared thermography market, and carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys
- Find potential business opportunities and business growth points
- Approaching and establishing new, solid and long-term relationships with distributors and end users
- Presentation of the solution to potential customers
- Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
- Work closely with colleagues in the regional sales team
- Perform lobbying in associations and interest groups.
- Assist consultants to specify projects
- Position company as the preferred product for consultants.
- Prepare reports required by the management.
岗位要求Requirements:
•Experience in the infrared thermography market.
•Proven negotiation skills on cooperate level.
•Being open-minded to working in a multi-cultural company.
•Being self-driven and ambitious to be part of a winning culture.
•Strong communication skills in English and local language, both oral and written.
•Solid in Outlook and related products.
•Experience in Salesforce CRM is a plus.
