About the role

  • This opening is for an Administration Assistant to join our team in Mt Isa
  • This is a Full Time Permanent Position
  • Provide general administration, data entry and office support to the wider team where required
  • Stock management - ensure sufficient supplies of all resources and equipment
  • Order in office supplies including stationery, technology, staff uniforms and other general items
  • Scan and file office work and documentation, and be able to handle sensitive information in a responsible and compliant manner
  • Utilise CRMs and tracking systems systems in order to track customer freight and resolve queries
  • Manage customer queries across multiple divisions within Team Global Express
  • Handle each customer interaction with empathy and resilience, adapting to diverse needs and situations.
  • Educate customers on how to use our self-service platforms effectively.
  • Liaise frequently with on site staff and proactively build relationships with key operations staff in order to resolve any customer queries or requests
